We at Yimarena process and prepare every online purchase with love and care. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our service and/or products, you may return the items with the terms below for the pieces you´ve purchased.

*We have a 7-day return policy. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
*Returns are acceptable if: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
*SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

*We will offer a store credit for the same amount the customer paid.
We will not accept returns if:
*The item is not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not in our hands.
*The item is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
*The shipping cost will be paid by the customer.
*Please check that the mailing address provided is correct. We are not responsible for shipments made to the wrong address. The customer will bear the costs of forwarding.
